Where, When & What is Crew Wars?

Crew Wars, presented by Steel & Stone Gym and Unleashed by Cody, will be held at  Steel & Stone Gym on Saturday 25th November at 3pm.

Crew Wars is a 3 lift Powerlifting meet with a twist. You don’t compete solo, you compete in a crew of 3. 

1 squatter, 1 bench presser and 1 deadlifter.

Crews can be all male, female or mixed.

Your crew will be given a total of combined kilograms AND combined DOTS.

There will be 2 crews that reign above all others, one crew will have the biggest combined kilograms AND one crew with the biggest combined DOTS score.

The meet will be run under GPC rules & standards, although Crew Wars is no way affiliated with any federation.

A 24 hour weigh in will be held on Friday 24th November at Steel and Stone Gym.

Crew Registrations will open Monday 1st May 2023.

It's time to change it up and bring Powerlifters & the community all together.
